1. Eligibility

KGC is a B2B wholesale marketplace for registered businesses only — off-price retailers, closeout and liquidation buyers, regional distributors, and discount chains. It is not open to individual consumers. Domestic Korean retail buyers are not eligible, but Korean businesses engaged in export are welcome to apply.

2. Buyer Verification

Access to pricing and the ability to request quotes is restricted to verified buyers. To be verified, you must submit:

• Company name, contact name, and country of operation
• A valid business registration certificate
• Your company website or a business social media profile

Applications are reviewed manually against the submitted registration certificate. We may request additional documentation before approval, and reserve the right to decline or revoke buyer access at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Quotes

Prices shown are per full lot and are indicative only until confirmed in a written quote. Selected promotional prices may be visible publicly. Full lot pricing and buyer-only deals are available exclusively to verified buyers, and sharing that pricing outside your organization is not permitted. Quoted prices may change based on quantity, payment terms, and shipping destination.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after a written quote is accepted by both parties. Standard terms are a deposit at order confirmation with the balance due before shipment, by bank transfer (T/T) unless otherwise agreed. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per lot as listed.

5. Product Condition

Lots are sold as clearance, overstock, or near-expiry inventory as labeled on each listing. Unless otherwise stated, goods are new and sealed. Given the nature of clearance inventory, all sales are final; claims for shipping damage or verified defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Shipping & Export

We handle export documentation and freight arrangement from Korea. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality & Data

Information submitted during verification (business documents, contact details) is used solely to review your application and manage your buyer account, and is not shared with third parties except as required to process your orders.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Seoul, South Korea.
